Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of spacebunnymodel.com (the “Service”), including the free playground and the hosted, metered Decision API at /api/v1/decide. By creating an account, an API key, or making a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are — independent developer platform

spacebunnymodel.com is an independent developer platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OpenRouter or the model's (anonymous) provider. “Space Bunny” and “Space Bunny Alpha” belong to their respective owners. We provide a hosted, prepaid, metered developer platform — a unified OpenAI-compatible chat completions API for the Space Bunny Alpha model — instant and self-serve. The Space Bunny Alpha model itself is served via OpenRouter at openrouter.ai.

The Service is operated by CODEFASHION TECH LTD. Payments are processed by Stripe, so charges and card statements for spacebunnymodel.com may appear as CODEFASHION TECH LTD.

2. The Service

We forward the request state and typed questions you send to the upstream model and return its answers, billed per input token against your prepaid balance. Request and response shapes mirror the official API. Availability, latency, model behavior and model versions are ultimately controlled by the upstream provider and can change or be discontinued at any time, outside our control.

3. Accounts, API keys and security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
• Keep keys secret; never expose them in client-side code. Rotate a key you believe is compromised (revoke it in your dashboard).
• You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter this agreement.

4. Commercial use

Commercial use is permitted, subject to these Terms. However:

• No SLA or uptime guarantee. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no service-level agreement, uptime commitment, or support commitment. It is suitable for prototyping, evaluation and low-to-moderate volume.
• Production & high-volume workloads. For user-facing, production-critical, or high-throughput workloads that require reliability, availability or contractual guarantees, you should obtain access directly from OpenRouter. We may throttle, rate-limit, or decline to serve traffic patterns that put our upstream access at risk.
• No resale of raw access. You may build products and services on top of the API, but you may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw API access or keys to third parties.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or third-party right, or the upstream provider's terms;
• attempt to circumvent billing, rate limits, or security controls;
• build a service whose primary purpose is to resell raw access to the model;
• send content that is unlawful, or that you are not authorized to process.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund of amounts already consumed.

6. Billing and prepaid credits

• The Service is prepaid. You buy a credit balance and calls draw down against it.
• Pricing is shown on the pricing page and billed per input token; balances are denominated in USD.
• Credits have no cash value except as set out in our Refund Policy, do not accrue interest, and may expire if an account is inactive or closed.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

7. Refunds

Purchases are one-time prepaid credits. Unused credits may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Credits consumed through successful API calls are non-refundable. To request assistance with a purchase, contact [email protected].

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Model outputs are probabilistic and may be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them, especially in automated or user-facing workflows. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination & changes

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or change these Terms, at any time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. If we discontinue the Service, we will make a reasonable effort to refund unused prepaid balance per the Refund Policy.
